Take the Witney exit off the A40

Turn Right at the T-Junction onto the A415

After 300 yds go straight over the Roundabout continuing on the A415 direction Abingdon for 3 miles, going past Cokethorpe School on the Right

At the traffic lights turn left onto the B4449

From A34/Abingdon (West Oxford)

From the A34 take the Witney / Abingdon exit

Take the A415 direction Witney, (going through Marcham, past Milletts Farm Shop, through Frilford and Kingston Bagpuize), until you go through the village of Standlake.

3 Miles after Standlake you will arrive at a set of Traffic lights

At the traffic lights turn right onto the B4449

From Peartree Roundabout (Central & East Oxford)

From the Peartree Roundabout take the A40 going past North Oxford BMW on your Right

Follow the A40 into the Dual Carriageway section*

Take the second exit for Witney, (NOT the first which is Witney East)

At the Roundabout take the 2^nd Exit A415 direction Abingdon and continue along this road for 3 miles, going past Cokethope School on the Right

At the traffic lights turn left onto the B4449

DO NOT TURN INTO HARDWICK but continue along the B4449 for 300yds, as the road bends to the Right you will see a small entrance on the right signed Manor Farmhouse.

*for those of you that don’t mind country lanes – take the first exit left on the round about on to the B4449 to Standlake (just past the café and petrol station) continue following signs for Standlake continue through the village Sutton then go past the Recycling centre continue driving. DO NOT TURN INTO HARDWICK but continue along and you will see a small entrance on the left signed Manor Farm House.
